Menu at The Crab Shack, Wellington, New Zealand.

Before seeing the menu, I had been under the impression that 'Cloudy Bay Clams' were a single species. It turns out that five different kinds of clam are sourced from Cloudy Bay:

We toured Essaouira with a local guide. This was the northern bastion of the walled city. I've seen it called Skala de la Kasbah and Saqqalah de Kasbah. The view to the north was nice!

This guy had apparently been gathering shellfish. The sandals he's wearing on those rocks make my feet hurt in sympathy.

At the Victor Hugo Market (Marché Victor Hugo) in Toulouse.

This was March 15, the day after Macron closed France. The streets were empty, but the market had some customers. The restaurants on the second floor of the Victor Hugo were closed.

Pike Place Market is a public market overlooking the Elliott Bay waterfront in Seattle, Washington, United States. The Market opened August 17, 1907, and is one of the oldest continuously operated public farmers' markets in the United States. It is a place of business for many small farmers, craftspeople and merchants. Named after the central street, Pike Place runs northwest from Pike Street to Virginia Street, and remains one of Seattle's most popular tourist destinations.

had to walk a long way out on the rocks to reach the ones with the shellfish, but wanted to add this (keeping to my 'sea' theme,) to my photostream.

at Ryan's Lobsters, near Peggy's Cove, Halifax, Nova Scotia. I have to explain that those paper plates are actually large platters. These are about 1.5 pounds, but 3 to 4 pounders are also available there.
