These tiny shellfish were labeled as teppines, but I think they are actually called tellines.

At the Victor Hugo Market (Marché Victor Hugo) in Toulouse.

This was March 15, the day after Macron closed France. The streets were empty, but the market had some customers. The restaurants on the second floor of the Victor Hugo were closed.
