Up there with my favourite things is king prawn linguini. Not actually out of the book shown, that’s a prop (I liked the colours) and we have gone down the tonemapping route in Photomatix. Loads of garlic and chilli a grating of parmesan and black pepper. A bit of ciabatta goes well too. For the life of me I can’t remember what the wine was, except it was nice. Ooo just thought red with shellfish!
dinner at bayside. i've never seen rectangular shellfish in my life. they're tasty. i bought canned "loooong shellfish" for my parents. but the can was oval. i can't wait to open it and confirm how they're fit into the can.
The only part that is edible is the small strip in the middle, so these are definitely not worth all of the work.
