I like this. I took many pictures of these purple flowers on Oreo and I's first hike of 2013.
My favorite part of this photo is just that some Shadows hold such beauty. In pictures and in life.
The shadowioier (not a word) days are only a change in our perspective and as soon as we find some beauty in the shadows we break our perspectives for the better.
This is when our view was as full as it was going to be. The shadows before this were soft and indistinct. These have so much more depth!

For the shadow and reflection project, we had to take a picture of shadows and another one of reflections. My shadows photo I took at a bridge in Malibu around 4:30. I was driving to my friend’s house and I saw all of the shadows of the trees across the bridge, so I started taking photos .This picture has an aperture of 8 and shutters peed of 1/125. After I took the pictures, I chose this one because it showed the most shadows. In photo shop I increased the contrast, as well as made the shadows darker by using the burn tool.
For my reflections picture, I went down to the little stream that’s underneath the bridge, and took a picture. In the reflection of the water, you can see some clouds and branches. The picture has a aperture of 11 and a shutter speed of 1/60. After I chose this picture, I brought out the color in photo shop with saturation and selected color.
Finally figured out how I'm incorporating these two into one story. And nope! They aren't going to be mother and daughter (much to Cisallie's relief). Noe is Cisallie's shadow fairy. Fairies (especially Lyrics) like to be around important people because that's where all the action is. Cisallie, being the ambassador of all warlocks is a pretty important person, so Noe follows her around like a puppy dog. Cisallie doesn't seem to mind sharing her home and life with Noe, but she would never admit she truly loves Noe's company. Oh, girls. *Eye roll*
