was hoping to get lots of people and a building so i could try the tilt/shift suggestion from my get pushed partner, but i got distracted by the shadows ~grin~

This was another fleeting moment captures. I love how the trees, people and long shadows all fit into vertical paths with the sun almost at the centre.

Of fallen angels on the ceilings
Oily feathers in bronze and concrete
Faded colors, pieces left incomplete
The line moves slowly past the electric fence
Across the borders between continents
In the cathedrals of New York and Rome

Marble statues and glass dividers
Someone is watching all of the outsiders

And Shadow of Gotham, the MOC I took along, recieved an awesome response.
Thankyou to everyone who was part of the event.
Theres a ton of detail, and easter-eggs, to be found in the wing. It has been a fun challenge working in black.
And next step? Well, I dont wanna spoil the surprise, but there is more to come.
The stage is rather small at Trees in Dallas and when you are sharing the stage with equipment from other bands, space is at a premium. So Ed, Shadows Fall touring bassist, had to play the entire gig on an elevated deer stand.

As the sun shone through the door at the end of the day it produced this wonderful haze grass light pattern on the wall.
