“We often walk without knowing the beautiful and the mysterious art created behind us by our shadows.”

Shadow-dots created by the trees in the forest. And the fence is guarding them ;-))
Happy Fence Friday ;-))
While in South Carolina, I managed to get a shot of a Anhinga, also known as the American Darter, or snakebird. It is unusual in that it swims with only its head and neck above water. With the ambient light and the reflections I liked how the bird glided thru the shadows.

Shadow of beauty, fills the land
Placed there by Gods sweet hand
Caressing the fields, with its fingers
On sacred ground, it forever lingers
A kiss it places, on my eyes
It beauty fills the stretching skies
Shining shadows down from above
Each one, covering me with love
As i walk this beautiful land
Holding your shadow in my hand
