"Where is the end of our shadows

Where are we?...

What's the answer? I ask myself

But I can't find it alone

We can do it together, yeah...

When our lights shine

When the day we dreamed of opens up

Shine on you, shine on me

In this one world we live in"

from Victon "Light" (eng. translation)

Bonus: two fences in one shot PLUS a shadow fence!

Birds are talking

On the Winter breeze

Shadows spreading

Down they are heading

Under the rising trees

Shadows fall,without a sound

On the wild. waiting ground

Where they kiss, the fallen leaves

Happy Macro Easter Monday

Loved the shadows the hangers projected, people probably wonder when I was more interested in the coat rack than the art exhibit. Sometimes it just happens.

Setting sun creates nice shadows in these hills on the eastern side of the Bitterroot Valley in western Montana.

Taken for Macro Mondays "It's all about the shadows".

I captured this at the Great Sand Dunes NP in Colorado on a Partly Cloudy afternoon. As I was watching the light and shadows move across the landscape it reminded me of an old silent B&W movie.

Another rusty image from the farmyard in Lane End. I had to wait what seemed like an age for the sun!

Snow shapes and shadows along Salt Creek, Wyoming

Shadows cast by a grid fence on the right onto the curved crash barrier in the middle, and them onto the grey solid metal fence on the left.

Late day light and shadows being cast into the pretty Canyon de Chelly in Arizona.

Sunset shadows at nearly twilight time, on a wall with a toilet sign.

Day 7/366: Waiting at the bus stop, enjoying the setting sun (yes, sun), I saw my shadow on the wall and thought it would be a fun shot :-)

Who knows what evil lurks in the heart of the woods? The Shadow knows...

Taken for Macro Mondays theme "Into the Woods", I found this dappled area on the side of a tree. The area is about 2 inches across.

For those who don't get the reference above, it is the intro to a 1930's radio program called "The Shadow" (see en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Shadow).
