This unusual Ford R1014 with Duple Dominant III coachwork was operated by Wooliscroft, who traded as Silver Service. It was pictured at the operators Darley Dale premises during June 1988.
So here it is, Leyton's brand new Euro 6 DAF CF Double Drive Tractor Unit, (GS16 GBN) celebrating the thirty years that GBN Services has now been running for with it having some very special features. It has some special thirty year celebratory stickers, Hibar, Visorbar and Kelsa Grill light's, Mirror Guard's, Air Horn's, Beacon's and the very impressive Alloy wheel's. Over the next few week's she will also be fitted with a Kelsa Lobar, Chassisbar and light's surrounding the rear of the cab as well as having the addition of Wheel Trim's.

This must perfectly express the sentiments of anyone working in anything remotely like customer service. I found this sign and hung it in the office of my workplace, but first I photographed it to share with anyone who might like it as much as I do.
The siding behind the old Essex Wire plant in Rockford has been taken out. The old MILW Road line was probably quite busy during WW2 when the plant was making ordinance. The line is now CP owned with a train running 5 days a week.
