This is only the second self portrait that i have ever done properly and was quite happy with the results.
Photographed my boyfriend's eye using my macro rings on a standard kit lens (18-55mm) - I am reflected in his eye for a self reflection brief.
This is me at a scenic turnout on Skyline Drive in Virginia in Shenandoah National Park. I look irritated for some odd reason, but I was really peaceful at this moment. I guess i just look peacefully pissed. LOL

I photographed myself in the window.
Even though there are no reflections anywhere in here... just blagh. I hate self-portraits these days. I cant make them look good. All it is is me sitting here all blarrrgh like and giving no emotion. And, I cant figure out how to make the SB900 work well... I seriously twinked this in Photoshop alot. D:
This is a self portrait seen through the reflection of a metal sculpture at the Museum of Modern Art in Paris.
So I'm going to start using film again with my old Canon A1. This was the camera I used to get my start in photography. I love it.

This picture is Susannah's fault - due to her Unraveling Course I now snap pictures of myself when I catch my reflection somewhere - as in this window of one of the slave quarters at Mount Vernon.

One thing that I've learned from taking photos this past weekend is that a lot of them happen by accident. I was just messing around with the camera and I was walking around taking random photos and experimenting with the different settings.
I walked by my friend cleaning the bathroom and I decided to just start taking some photos. This photo stuck out to me the most because of the face expression and how it seemed like he was looking straight at the camera lens. I decided to edit the photo into black and white because it seemed to add a more somber tone.
