I was toying with all sorts of ideas today, and nothing seemed to be working out. So as I was cleaning my lcd screen, I saw my reflection, pulled out my trusty piece of crap Kodak DX7630 and snapped this. Not the highest quality, but I like it :-)

Terumasa seemed to be constantly in a state of self reflection, choosing not to speak much and regularly looking within.

A sneaky selfie. Walking along the streets of Madrid I came across this interesting window graphic, I wish I could truthfully say I intended for the layers to mesh so perfectly.

Model: None.

Feel free to use this as a texture.

This big window is about halfway between the station and my day centre. The rusty "trees", top left, are a huge art "installation" in Kievit plein/square. The exposure was 1/25 which gave a fuzzy passerby

Fall 2012

shoot for S/S 2013 Launch

Flash, double glazing. Hoping to get the same effect as my "Magic Ball" photo, but it failed. Still a good experiment though,

This shot looked so much better on the back of the camera. Just seems I needed a bigger depth of field than I'd set, hence the softness. I still kinda like it, but it's probably better viewed smaller!

Actually, wondering if I should do my entire 52 weeks this year in mono like this (this is NOT strictly black and white although it was taken black and white SOOC)

Sometimes symbolic, at other times exactly what they appear to be....

No cheesy bathroom shots here. These girls mean business.

This is what was on the 1947 Chevy Police car I posted. I love these old caps. Yep, that's me in the reflection.

Today let's fall in love with the woman in the mirror, the one you see everyday but seldom truly look at, the one who gives more than she ever takes, today let's take nothing, not this day, not this moment, not this chance, not even ourselves, for granted, let's first love who we are.

of course i took some pictures of myself. I LOVE MYSELF.

Who even am I now? The self-reflection. Levitating towards inner serenity or the danger and loss of now and future self?

self.

it's been cloudy for a few days now,

on my skin.

Had a go at a reflected self portrait with a mirror leaning against the window to use the available light.

This is a reflection of myself in a scale model of the PPG building in Pittsburgh. The model is now at the historical museum in Tarentum, PA

Can you see me there in the photo? And uhm, just FYI, that was my worst night flight ever!
