Deprived of water and baked by the desert sun, dead trees line dry sections of the river

A new place just opened not far from my in-law's house, and its opening special was Crab in Sechuan Style, and its cheap for only 35.000 a portion, so we thought we try it out and bought one to take home.

Once we got home, the food we bought smelled kinda-off. Not the crab, but the sauce had too much onion taste, and the overall tasted, Yuck!!! (confirmed by Rika)

But since its crab, there's no way we're going to throw that away. I took the crabs away from the sauce and other condiments, washed it in hot water, and re-cooked it in butter sauce.

The day is saved thanks to Papahnya Vira.

I was disappointed to find out that the life preservers on the ship were not merely larger versions of Life Savers candies.

Pim has already started saving so she can get more Eurotrash fashions!

These girls were photographing a part of Ulundanu temple at Beratan Lake when I was seeking for sweet focal point there. Avoiding plain landscape, their existence have enriched the image.

Saving & Spending

Ever present threat of saving or spending too much money

A personal financial fault of mine is switching between periods of over saving & overspending. When there is extra money from saving or a large paycheck, the expenses no longer seem as important. However when the charges begin, the brain starts to think "I got to save more!". Its important to put away for retirement, the future, potential family or just for a rainy day, but if you sit on too much money what was the point of working so hard for it? You be making memories. Why sacrifice experiences just to have an extra $200 in your bank account. Balance is everything spending you earned income on what you enjoy is essential, but making sure you have enough stored to survive is an learned lesson of adulthood.
