London Shoreditch Great Eastern Street Artwork with Nikkie from Philadelphia Same Night at 3am Hey Baby I've Been Missing You
Deboxing Designer Snow White. She is removed from the inner box by undoing the tabs and wires holding the doll and stage to the inner box.
I received my Disney Designer Collection Premiere Series Snow White Limited Edition Doll today. I had ordered her online at the release day, shortly after 12 AM in the morning of Saturday October 6, 2018. She is #1301 of 4100. She came in a shipper box that is approximately the same size as the LE 17 inch doll shippers. It original shipping label said GIRLS TOYS LE PR DSGN SNOW DOLL F18, and CART #: 01298. There was a small piece of masking tape stuck to the side of the box with the actual edition number (matching the CoA): 1301. Inside there was another corrugated cardboard box snugly fitting in the outer shipping box. Inside that was the actual doll box, which was covered with tissue paper, and fit snugly in the inner shipping box, with cardboard caps on the top and bottom of the doll box. The shipper box was undamaged in transit, as was the inner box and the doll box itself.
The doll box has folding panels in the front with magnetic closure, with a large design sketch of Snow White and the year 1937 in large numerals. In the background are photographers in silhouette snapping photos, and a red carpet. The back of the box has angled corners, making for a hexagonal shaped box. The sides and back of the box also has images of Snow White. The top of the box has a clear window with the title of the collection in gold lettering. Inside the front covers are replicas of the movie poster, invitation and tickets to the premiere of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at the Carthay Circle Theatre in Los Angeles, on December 21, 1937. The doll is behind a rectangular viewing window extending almost the full width and height of the box.
The inner box containing the doll and front viewing window can be slid out from the outer box. It is entirely enclosed, so can be displayed as is, without having to deal with the front covers either covering up the doll, or taking up space in front or to the sides of the inner box. The doll is on top a red carpet that has steps in front, and is flocked cardboard.
The doll herself is by far my favorite of the current Designer Premiere Series. I'm slightly biased because Snow White is my favorite Disney Princess, and am so happy that she turned out so well. I think her gown and accessories are very beautifully designed and produced. It also is very fitting for Snow White, and would be something she would wear to the premiere of her own movie.
I show her boxed, with the inner box removed from the outer box, and finally with the front viewing window removed from the inner box.
I will fully debox her tomorrow and post photos here when I do.
Same train about a minute later. Just enough time to set the 400mm on the ground and screw on the Sigma 35mm f1.4 A. This would also be a cool future night shot.
Same morning as previous shots of Ladybower taken in the woods near the lower dam on the edge of the mist.
This is the bus that took mom and I to Boston. And this is the same exact bus that took us home to Miami! To weird. No joke!! Proof in my little journal, lol!! But this was the company's newest bus. Very smooth, roomy and comfortable! Also for the life of me, I can't remember what part of Florida this was. All I know is it was somewhere past Palm Beach County.
Another shot of the crescent moon with my new Nikon 28-300mm lens. I think I'm liking this new piece of glass a LOT! :-)

I haven't had a turn on Great Western Railway Modified Hall 4-6-0 6990 Witherslack Hall since January and today was just a one tripper and dispose but very enjoyable all the same.
Here we are in platform 2 at the head of the 15.15 train to Leicester North waiting for the road. It rained for most of the afternoon.
This set mixes it up a bit with both a pretty blonde and brunette goddess! You can see them both modeling the Gold 45 Revolver swimsuits as well as a 45SURFER camera bracket mount for shooting stills & video at the same time.
Here's some epic video of the beautiful goddesses:

All the Gold'N'Virtue swimsuits with the main equation to Moving Dimensions Theory on the swimsuits: dx4/dt=ic. Yes I have a Ph.D. in physics! :) You can read more about my research and Hero's Journey Physics here:
herosjourneyphysics.wordpress.com/ MDT PROOF#2: Einstein (1912 Man. on Rel.) and Minkowski wrote x4=ict. Ergo dx4/dt=ic--the foundational equation of all time and motion which is on all the shirts and swimsuits. Every photon that hits my Nikon D800e's sensor does it by surfing the fourth expanding dimension, which is moving at c relative to the three spatial dimensions, or dx4/dt=ic!
Modeling both the the Gold 45 Revolver(TM) Gold'N'Virtue(TM) Black Bikini and the Red, White, an Blue American flag bikini!
May the HJM Goddesses guide, inspire, and exalt ye along yer heroic artistic journey! all the bets on your Heroic Journey from Johnny Ranger McCoy!

The Class 221 are similar to the Class 220 Voyager units, but were built with a tilting mechanism enabling up to six degrees of tilt to allow higher speeds on curved tracks, most have five coaches, and they have a different bogie design. They have a maximum speed of 125 mph (200 km/h), as do the class 220.

I have photographed this place innumerable times, but it is never the same landscape, never the same light or the same mood... The many images I have made reflect my varied creative responses to this remarkable and calm countryside. Nature is beautiful and when I am here, I find an unusual calmness during the early morning setting. Of late- it is one of my most photographed places and I hold a certain fascination to take pictures of this beautiful village
Same photo that I posted a few weeks ago but with the Topaz Adjust's Dark-Ghostly filter added to give it some oomph and creepiness.
It's a bit of a frosty morning.
I only have one more image to go and was hoping to take it on the last day of the year but Mike will be having a knee replacement at the end of December so instead I will hold out for a first snowfall image of the same view. That is, if we get snow.

I want to thank you for taking the time to visit my little space here on Flickr.
Same scene as my last post, but taken several days later on a rare sunny day during the rainy season.

"The Scottsdale Community College Volleyball team's season came to an end today as they lost in the Region Championship match to Glendale Community College 3-2.
The Fighting Artichokes did everything they could today as they faced long odds of beating top ranked Glendale Community College twice in the same day in back to back matches. In match #1 of the day, the Artichokes beat the Gauchos in five sets 29-27, 25-22, 20-25, 20-25, and 15-9. The Artichokes had about 45 minutes to rest and recover from the emotional roller coaster of staying alive in the Regional tournament. In the Championship match it went back and forth the entire match, with GCC taking set one by a score of 25-21. SCC came back quickly as they took set two by the score of 25-22. In set three the defending national champions flexed their muscles and took the set 25-15. Coach Regina Mannix got her team back in the match as they seized the momentum and won set four by a score of 25-17. In the fifth and final set the set was 8-7 in favor of the Gauchos at the side change. The scoring went back and forth from that point on, but SCC just could not get over the deficit and eventually fell 15-12. The Fighting Artichokes were eliminated from the playoffs and Glendale will get the chance to defend their title on the national stage. Congratulations to all the coaches, players, and members of the program for such a tremendous season and representing SCC the right way with tenacity and grace. GO CHOKES!!!"
