My running has started to improve a bit, I'm running 5K now and can manage the distance. It was pretty naff weather here in Hull today and was quite damp and misty too. I dug out my loud tights so that I would be a bit more noticed on my run. I am enjoying running, it's a bit of freedom you can manage without too much money and get your fitness levels up too!

The crowds just kept coming. At 55,000 runners strong, this stream of people kept coming for 2 hours straight!

 

Team Grizzly from HSI Canada was out to raise awareness about the horrific trophy bear hunting currently taking place in BC's Great Bear Rainforest. This hunt is supported by our provincial government despite the fact that the First Nations people, conservationists and majority of British Columbians are against it.

The Road Runner is a soft rubber pencil topper.

We actually managed to do some planting last week. Mostly onions, runner beans, dwarf french beens and peas.

 

These things were left around after last week, so I grabbed them for a quick shot.
