Der RTZ mit der Nummer 3133 enthält den 500. Wagenkasten, der in Altenrhein für die RhB gebaut wurde. Deshalb trägt er ein champagnerfarbiges Design. Aufnahme am 16.01.2022 vor Bever.
The last few months of the Woodhead line, a pair of 76,s head down hill at Dunford East with a Holyhead RTZ to Humber empty petroleum coke train.
EWS 56105 in less than ideal conventional lighting conditions crosses the Cefni viaduct near Maltraeth working the Holyhead (Anglesey Aluminium) to Humber empty coke covered hopper wagons ( 'Covhops') on 22 August 1999. This was not an easy working to capture in the age of pre-real time information on train movements, but a light loco heading towards Holyhead during the early afternoon on a Sunday indicated that a working would take place later that afternoon, but timings varied. Rail traffic ceased in Autumn 2008, by that time a class 66 and 'cargo wagons' carrying finished product. The plant closed in 2009 with the loss of over 500 jobs. Anglesey Alumium started production in 1971 and was one of the largest employers on Anglesey. Happily, the class 56 'Grid' survived after a period of storage to be reinstated for use by Colas Rail Freight.

21 Februari 2016 - RailExperts verzorgde met regelmaat overbrengingen van NS Traxx'en die nieuw geleverd werden aan NS. Ook de locomotieven die van en naar Duitsland moesten voor revisie en de nieuwe huissijl kregen, verzorgde Railexperts het vervoer.
Voor testen door Bombardier werd de 186 122 gehuurd om enkele ritten in de Rotterdamse havens te rijden. Gezien het leegmat van de Alpen Express via de Watergraafsmeer richting België ging (?), nam Railexperts gelijk de NS Traxx mee naar de Kijfhoek.
A visitor to Aberdeen last Tuesday was this unique East Lancs bodies Scania N94UdD. It was built from new as an exhibition unit for Edinburgh City Council using body parts from the East Lancs style of that time. Seen here outside Union Square.

37689 (the former 37195) in the Kenyon area, East of Parkside Jct,sometime in 1996 with 6E52 07:03 Holyhead RTZ to Humber. This was the return empties from the aluminum smelter at Holyhead, petroleum coke being required in the electrolysis process to produce aluminium metal from the ore, conveyed in a small pool of 'PAB' wagons.
PO56 RTZ is a Scania N94UD/East Lancs Omnidekka new as an exhibition vehicle for City of Edinburgh Council in December 2006. It is seen here working as a Travelling Gallery in Glasgow.

Presumably purloined due to the failure of the booked locomotive (37429?), and with the loco sitting spare at Llandudno Junction after working the previous nights Humber - Holyhead RTZ sidings petroleum coke train, the loco off this diagram was used a number of times to replace failures in North Wales. 37350,708,37886,888 & 892 amongst others making appearances.
