Um 19.00 kamen dann die Steinböcke aus den Startlöchern und das Doppel aus 3144 und 3142 konnte kurz nach dem Verlassen des Chrummwagtunnels durch den Flieger eingefangen werden.
A little further along the river, I encountered the RhB's newest offspring on a test run. These units, named Capricorn or more prosaically RTZ, are intended for service on the Prättigau and Engadin lines, whereby two units will run jointly from Landquart to Klosters and then go their separate ways to Davos and to St. Moritz via the Vereina tunnel, respectively. Schon laufen die letzten Tagen der BoBo II Züge zwischen Scuol und Disentis. Auf den Fahrplanwechsel im Dezember 2022 verschwinden die Lok bespannten Züge zwischen Landquart und Scuol und werden durch die RTZ abgelöst.

37401 passes Hawarden Airfield near Broughton with 6F18 Holyhead RTZ - Arpley 10/10/09.
The last years of 37/4's on freight saw a handful working off Arpley. A regular working was the out and back saturdays only trip to Anglesey Aluminum at Holyhead. I think this may be my last shot of the working as i don't appear to have many from this year and i believe it finished shortly after.
Nel 2025, come negli anni passati, la Ferrovia Retica ha organizzato treni straordinari in occasione della Coppa Spengler di hockey, svoltasi a Davos dal 26 al 31 dicembre.
A differenza di anni precedenti, uno dei tre treni speciali è stato già assegnato purtroppo ad un RTZ, o meglio conosciuto come Capricorn, quindi ad un classico elettrotreno della nuova serie della Ferrovia Retica.
Sugli altri due treni però, è rimasta la possibilità di rivedere una composizione in stile classico, come ai vecchi tempi, trainata da una locomotiva da Landquart fino a Davos. In questa foto la Ge 4/4 II 632 si appresta ad avvicinarsi a Davos Dorf, ormai prossima alla destinazione finale.
In 2025, as in previous years, the Rhaetian Railway organised special trains for the Spengler Cup ice hockey tournament, which took place in Davos from 26 to 31 December.
Unlike in previous years, one of the three special trains was unfortunately already assigned to an RTZ, better known as Capricorn, a classic electric train from the Rhaetian Railway's new series.
On the other two trains, however, it was still possible to see a classic-style train, as in the old days, pulled by a Ge 4/4 II from Landquart to Davos. In this photo, the Ge 4/4 II 632 locomotive is approaching Davos Dorf, now close to its final destination.

DBC 189 068 komt met een flink vervroegde UC 61063 door Rotterdam Zuid onderweg naar Amsterdam Westhaven Goederen op 2 Mei 2024.
Wegens werkzaamheden tussen Emmerich en Oberhausen was er aldaar 6 weken geen treinverkeer in de zomer. Om toch KAO Chemicals in Emmerich te kunnen bedienen, reed Lineas 1x per week vanuit NL naar Emmerich om KAO te bedienen. Ruim een week na de plaat van de 2101 bij Hedel, was het dit keer de Lineas 2107 die bij Rotterdam Zuid onderweg was naar Emmerich op 24 Juli 2025.

21 Juli 2019 - Omdat het transport maar met maximaal 65 km/h kan plaats vinden vanwege de Sik, was er geen snelle rijweg ingelegd. Onderweg her en der aan de kant, en zodoende kon - zonder haastwerk - rustig naar Rotterdam Zuid worden gereden voor een tweede foto van dit transport.
Its hard to believe that its nearly 10 years ago since the "RTZ" last ran on 31 October 2009 when for the last time 6F18 14.50 Holyhead RTZ - Arpley Yard was double headed with 37425 on top of the usual 37401. What a top Saturday working this was.
Ook voor deze NSR 2137 is het inmiddels einde oefening, na lichte botsschade na een rangeerbeweging in Zutphen. De 2993 die erachter hangt staat volgens mij niet officieel terzijde, maar heeft al een poos geen trein meer gereden. Op 9 Mei 2020 was er nog niks aan de hand, en gingen de NSR 2137+2993 met trein 5162 na een haltering te Rotterdam-Zuid verder naar Den Haag Centraal.
Het is een wonder, een stickerlok van LTE! En daar was dan de LTE 186 942 met een fraaie vol beladen Poznan shuttle 41350 door Rotterdam-Zuid onderweg naar de Europoort op 9 Juli 2025.

Als laatste in de rij van 3 moest ook nog LTE komen. Zoals zo vaak waren het weer 2 kale lokken, en waren het de LTE 193 512+193 511 met ketels als trein 40710 door Rotterdam Zuid onderweg naar Bad Bentheim e.v. op 11 Juli 2025.

The Jazz Orchestra of HRT, the former Big Band of Croatian Radio and Television, i.e. the Dance Orchestra of Radio Zagreb, has existed and worked continuously for more than 50 years, which is a rarity in the history of big bands on a global scale.
The RTZ dance orchestra, the forerunner of the HRT Big Band, was founded in the 1946/47 season. for the needs of Radio and composed of the best musicians from several ensembles, gathered under the leadership of Zlatko Černjul. The orchestra was later led by several conductors. A special place among them belongs to Miljenko Prohaska, who led the orchestra for more than 30 years.
From the first performance at the Jazz Festival in Bled in 1962, a new phase in the orchestra's work began - orientation to its own repertoire. The originator of this orientation was Miljenko Prohaska, and many members of the Orchestra joined him. Because of this programming orientation, the Orchestra built a specific style that distinguished it from similar orchestras in the country and in the world.
The orchestra made its debut on the international scene in Cologne in 1955. After that, tours in Bulgaria, Poland, the former USSR followed, performances at jazz festivals in Frankfurt and Nagykanisza, and in Munich in 1972 as part of the cultural and entertainment program of the Olympics.
Many world-renowned musicians performed as soloists with the Orchestra in Zagreb - trumpeters: Art Farmer, Clark Terry and Ted Curson, saxophonists: Johnny Grifin, Sal Nistico, Ernie Wilkins, trombonist Kai Winding, pianist John Lewis, drummer Art Taylor and others.
Der Champagner sowie ein weiterer RTZ waren bei La Punt als Engadin-Star richtung Landquart unterwegs.
My Lordz! Driver plays to the handful of photographers on the footbridge at Helsby Station as he opens up EWS Class 37, No 37410 on 6F18 14.50hrs RTZ Holyhead to Arpley Sidings 'Aluminium Ingots'. Unfortunately, the sun would just not make an appearance when the train turned up and if I recall it was also operating early! 15th September 2007.
