3—Routine
Here are my feet on the Wii balance board. My exercise is part of my routine. This gentle exercise— at least walking each day—has been so helpful for me. It might seem cheesy and ineffective but for me, right now, this is what works and is attainable. I don’t expect to be in fantastic shape or slim and trim, it’s just something I do for the sake of my mental health that has become a habit, a part of my routine. I am thankful for the way this healthy routine has improved my mental health and my life.

"My daily Routine"... My daily routine certainly either starts or ends with listening to music. Whether I'm at work or commuting towards it. I love to listen to music. Lately I have been listening to Daft Punk a lot.

Morning routines at 4.am.
Today I didn't really get a good sleep. I was probably too excited for the sounds competition. Anyways I woke up at about 4 am. I tried to get some sleep but then I looked out my window. And then I remembered that sunrise was about theese times? I took my phone and indeed today the sun had risen exactly at 4.08 am. I thought for a second. Then I quietly sneaked out of my room and went to Slätberget AKA Hamari hill. I did the right choice! Now I really understand why landscape and nature photographers get up at crazy times. It's the feeling! When I stood up on that mountain, I was alone. No other people in sight. Just me and the world. That feeling is something quite unexplainable.

One of my favorite things about mecha has always been the support systems and infrastructure around them- In this case a simple scaffolding for working on the limbs, and some munitions containers and their transport.

Second Lockdown 30 Day Photo Challenge
All went well with my last 30 day lockdown challenge so I'm doing it again.
This is a randomly selected 30 subjects from a list of 150 suitable things to do during this lockdown period.
On Pennywell Rood, in the Muirhouse area, Volvo BZL electric, number 742e (SF25 YJL) arrives opposite Craigroyston High School, just before the bell rings for the end of the day. This will possibly have been of great relief for the driver and passengers alike, as the essence of calm within the bus would be all at an end, with what might be a large invasion of school pupils!
Lothian’s new electrics are housed in Central shed and tend to operate now on Services 7, 8, 9, 10, 14 and 24. The weekend routine of running on the 23 seems to have come to an end, though some do appear on the 27.

Daisy loves being brushed - part of her daily routine before breakfast. But, of course, she didn't want to wait for her food while I took photos! This is about the 10th attempt, with a biscuit hidden in my hand. Purple, & for 113 Pictures #50 "feline"

Her morning was filled with daily routines - feeding the dog, an early morning walk, and her favorite morning routine, sitting at her desk enjoying a cup of tea and writing in her Morning Pages journal.

Withering away with routine. Day in and day out: repeat repeat; easily overthrown as the cycle continues. Then you're gone.
Our celestial neighbour which is also the largest natural satellite. A seemingly cold, lifeless, extremely isolated, quiet and lonely world approx. 240,000 miles away. Seen here going through the routine phases revolving round the earth revealing its lunar features as it's gradually flooded with sunlight.
This process has been going on for the last few billion years and expected to continue for the next few billion years...hopefully.
Anyway, very few of us alive today will get to witness the closing ceremony of the ending of the moon's life cycle which is also ours.

Proposed site near Lake of Happiness to house my terrible horrible, annoying, incorrigible noisy upstairs neighbor. Place the entire family there indefinitely and they can exercise their usual worst form of inconsiderate behaviour at the most extreme level, make all the irritating noises they want without disturbing any human being ever.
