Rooftops in Cairo are almost all like this. The only exception we saw from our 12th-floor hotel windows was the Cairo German School, which was spotless.
That's Luke, a friend I have known for so long. We used to go to the park together, play tag and we annoy each other most of the time. Good times! :-)

Every rooftop corner has a significant amount of detail as can be observed above. These statuettes will follow the order of the animals:
an immortal riding a phoenix, followed by:
a dragon,
a phoenix,
a lion,
a heavenly steed,
a sea horse,
a SuAnNi,
a YaYu,
a XieZhi,
a DouNiu and
a HangShi.
If a building has less statues, it starts by reducing them from the less worthy animals (i.e. back of the line).
