Diesen Blick durfte ich gestern von der Dom-ähnlichen, doppeltürmigen Peter-und-Paul-Kirche in Görlitz genießen...

Im Rahmen einer Führung, der ich mich nach dem Fotografieren im Innenraum (folgen sicher noch) anschließen durfte, bestiegen wir die oberen Etagen, krochen durch das Dachgestühl, bestaunten die riesigen Glocken und wurden anschließend mit diesem Ausblick belohnt...

Laut den Worten des Guide besitzt die alte Stadt mehr als 4200 Flächendenkmale - Grund genug, einmal wieder zu kommen... vielleicht im nächsten Frühjahr, denn 2021 feiert Görlitz seinen 950. Geburtstag!
