I seem to be speaking about TEA a lot lately....
But then, an unexpected visitor just left and what did we share? Yep, two large mugs of spicy tea (with Christmas biscuits in a nice pottered bowl)... and being discreetly lit (anybody over 21 will know what this woman is talking about) by some 12 candles in candle holders from English, Swiss and French flea markets.... We were sitting at the dining table decorated with little glass and felt hearts, baubles, Amaryllis in an elegant vase, and we agreed that we really, really live in paradise!

On top of the old Kowloon City Mall, where people used to watch planes land when the old Kai Tak airport was in operation. Back then, there were no tall buildings such as these in this photo.
Love those new fern pieces from the Rivendell set... Quite expensive but if possible can stock up on them... they are quite handy to create garden foliage!
