Render da Guarda Nacional Republicana no palácio de Belém, residência oficial do Presidente da República. Lisboa, Portugal
Hmm... apparently there is an unknown bug on this version of Octane render. Currently discussing it in the forum and they are checking. Basically when setup for turntable, you have issue of this noise frame and this happens at random. The noise frame is very obvious, even the file size shows it.
Rendered (on my own pc for a few hours) using iRay for 3ds max 2013 using the new iRay materials.
(search on nvidia forum for "iray Material for 3ds Max")
I created this scene which is similar to those used to test ray-tracing programs.
It looked so realistic I decided to show you.

Rendering of a concept for a fluorescent light cover in the Architecture building at Lehigh University. Modeled, textured, and rendered in 3DS Max.
The yellow brickwork of Woking library has been rendered over now - we won't ever be seeing those bricks again!
Meanwhile, the front entrance is having a cafe built in it, with library users relegated to a new entrance being built down the side.
Not sure what the problem would have been of having the cafe but still being able to walk through the front, I thought they liked these open plan things these days...?
While the library is closed, Surrey County Council are using two small shop units in Wolsey Walk as a temporary measure, one for a limited selection of books (and a limited selection of bus timetable books too!!), the other with all the computers in for people to use.
