Ray was stateioned at the Navy Trial Judiciary in the early from late 1981 to retirement in Dec1986.
The organization employs a half dozen people to manage their plant nursery. The nursery helps propagate native, high-value timber species.

05/06/2012 A caught ray with a cigarette stuck in its mouth on the Steeplechase Pier. Kodak Ektar 100. Kiev 4A. Helios-103 53mm 1:1.8.
One of the rays that paid us a visit just off the shore at Gibbs Cay near Grand Turk. The rays have grown accustomed to the snorkelers on the beach and can be fairly aggressive. One bit me on the back and left a bloody mark. My guides laughed, "Good luck explaining that love bite to your girlfriend."
I have no idea how I took this photo. Simply had to post it up because of the unique look I had accidentally acquired :)
This was a side shot with my phone so I didn't know I had flare until I looked at it later. The effect is better than I could have planned.
The sun rises in the east but this shot is taken in the west at daybreak and i was wondering why there are rays of lights too when the sun rose in the opposite direction.

A half shoulder of lamb, X-Rayed with my heavily modified Scanmax 20.
My X-Ray machine started life as a mailroom scanner in a bank. It's about the size of a filing cabinet. When I got it the resolution was pretty poor - it used a standard video camera to make the images. So I tinkered with it (making sure I didn't affect anything that was involved with safety of course). I replaced the original high brightness, low definition phosphor with a Kodak Lanex Fine screen (less sensitive but much higher resolution), then replaced the video imaging system. First, I used a Nikon D3100 I had floating around, remote controlled via DigiCamControl. More recently, as noted above, I've upgraded to a Nikon D700 that became spare. DigiCamControl is what makes it possible for me to remote-control the camera safely and get images directly into the computer via USB.
Please, please, please don't think that you can just get an X-Ray machine off eBay or wherever and safely start making images like this. Without proper shielding and other precautions, ionizing radiation such as X-Rays can be seriously hazardous to your health.
Found this cute vintage Ray Ban for my hubby. But I like it so much that I wanna wear it lol.
I've never wanted the Big Ray Ban's cause my mom and almost every adult in my family had them :s. I mean I'm from Surinam so everybody had Big @ss Ray Ban's in the old days.
