I really wasn't happy with any of these, but these were the 4 that were the better of two evils. :/ I figured I should at least give you guys an idea of what I've been up to.

I decided to pick the raspberries today , because it was cold this morning , so the bees/wasps/bumblebees/hornets should be sleeping . I was happy that i didn't get stung , though i got a spider on me , luckily it was a little one . There's still a lot of ripe berries so I'm going to have to pick them again in the morning , when it's cold again .

These raspberries were destined to become Raspberry Jelly. Using my juicer which allows me to make coulis it is a doddle. Highly recommended.

Fresh raspberries used in a dessert recipe I did from the Alinea Restaurant cookbook. Fresh raspberries, goat milk pudding, goat tapioca pearls, bell pepper taffy, pistachio purée and lavender pudding. Topped with a raspberry sheet, pistachio chips, pistachio brittle and fresh lavender flowers.
