We picked fruit on July 4th with Jason, Erin, John, and Jana, which was great fun. We went to Green Bluff Growers, a group of small farms just north of Spokane. I hadn't been out there before, but it was really cool. We came home with lots of tasty fruit (probably more than we need... I couldn't resist). It brought me back to my childhood, out in the summer heat, picking berries.
raspberries are one of my favorite berry, so I couldn't resist this picture when I was baking something with them

I woke up at 8, worked with a website for 4 hours and then I went to see some friends. I was planning to go home at 6 or so, but I ended up going home at midnight. Not was I was planning because I'm not even staying in my own house haha.

I poured some room temperature seedless raspberry freezer jam on top and decorated with fresh raspberries I picked from the garden while the cake was in the oven.
