I was taking a few product photos for my parent's soft fruit business and really liked this one and decided to share it.

Really shows off how pin sharp and vivid the Canon 70-200mm f/4 L USM is. Loving this lens more and more!

Such a simple thing, barely sweetend whip cream on top of fresh picked berries. That's the way god intended us to eat raspberries. Deliciouso.

Ordinary Camera. Extraordinary results.

Raspberry pie, before the crushed-raspberry/sugar filling goes into it. IOW, just crust and fresh raspberries!

Went to go strawberry picking and ended up with raspberries.

The farm we went to said the strawberry season came 2 weeks early, and ended two weeks early. I thought I was going right at the perfect time!

Luckily the Raspberry season was just starting, and I love raspberries! We picked enough to make a batch of jam. These berries were in being prepped for the jam!

On a total side note, this is the second time in a year that I have gone to a farm to pick one fruit and ended up with something entirely different and not the fruit I had planned to pick! In the fall, my roommate and I went to go apple picking, and came back with peaches.

I was making a desert for my mom, and for some reason I NEVER knew this is what they looked like when cut in half. Gorgeous!

Also, I bought some flash attachments which I haven't used. I figured since the lighting in the kitchen isn't the best I should use the diffuser/soft box thingy I got. Turned out pretty good!

I was pretty proud. Once I opened up photoshop, I wasn't sure what else to do, because usually the first thing I do is adjust the exposure.

So I just sharpened it a bit, and made it a little warmer because the flash still left it a tiny bit blue.

Getting ready to make jam.

Garden sitting has its rewards.
