Macro Photography is something I don't do very often. I don't own a prime Macro lens, so I shy away from it. When the owner of the Pet Shop caught me taking this picture, I got kicked out of the store!

Erin and I took a trip out to the oddly named Little Big Econ State Forrest. Decided to go with a 1:1 aspect ratio. The sky was almost always blown out quite a bit and this was a good way of toning it down. Also I like it as its not normal for a photo of a landscape. Lastly I quickly played around with a slightly translucent white border using the vingette tool in lightroom.
