Put your head on my shoulder
Hold me in your arms, baby
Squeeze me oh so tight
Show me, that you love me too
Put your lips next to mine, dear
Won't you kiss me once, baby
Just a kiss goodnight, maybe
You and I will fall in love
Some people say that love's a game
A game you just can't win
If there's a way
I'll find it someday
And then this fool will rush in
Put your head on my shoulder
Whisper in my ear, baby
Words I want to hear, tell me
Tell me that you love me too
The Postcard
A postally unused postcard published by William Foster Publishers Ltd. of Hounslow, Middlesex. The card, which was printed in Great Britain, has a divided back.
I put my page into the back pocket of some cords. Obviously cords are not as good as jeans. These scraps are all that came out!
Put my SMC Pentax-DA* 55mm F1.4 SDM on my Pentax K-1 and hopped on the Metro Rail all the way to Santa Monica.
I put "for Obama" because I noted Obama signs all over the place. Not ONE McCain sign did I see. I've always loved these houses, and now I like them even more, as I'm sure I could get along in a neighborhoo

Dutch Digital Design puts a spotlight on the best digital work from The Netherlands. The Dutch have a rich design tradition and this is the continuation of that international success. During FITC Amsterdam, creatives from leading agencies will show their best work and talk about the making of their projects.
During this session, 3 agencies will present their case. The cases were selected out of a hundred cases by the Dutch Digital Design jury. The creatives will talk about the making of these projects, by sharing the briefing, the strategy, realization and outcome: presenting the behind the scenes story, and why this case was successful.
Clever Franke will present the case ‘Mashrooi’
Build In Amsterdam will present the case ‘Frans Hals Museum’
Code d’Azur will present the case ‘The Lockdown’

Reene put on some winterly clothes (yet still missing her warm coat) and is about to get something nice from the shops, now that the holidays are finally over!

Incredible event put on by Kristina Lao and The Fronteir Collective. Here are some words from Dan Burgar of The Frontier Collective
"A vibrant community and agenda-less conversations are transcendent, we didn't want to focus on a specific vertical, we aimed to bring together Vancouver leaders in many different disciplines, city councillors, tech innovators, post-secondary institutions, arts/culture, event organizers and ecosystem leaders who are making impact. This was a special night of bridge-building and new friendships that could shape our city into one that's innovative, inclusive and diverse. We believe in breaking down silos and creating lasting conversations to build a better future for Vancouver!
It was wonderful hosting this event with my esteemed Co-Hosts Kristina Lao & Vivian Chan, thanks to our Event Manager Inanna Craig-Morse (she/her) for helping us create a special evening!
Frontier Collective is a new BC organization focused on building an inclusive & sustainable future of innovation that can change the world. (stay tuned for major updates)
We were very lucky to have hosted the event at The Garden Strathcona Jo Kendall Anna McMillan with Michelin-trained chef Ryan Mah serving us delicious food.
Thank-you to musician Jess Vaira who serenaded us with sumptuous songs all night, Ian Andrew Cromwell from Locals Lounge to curate music, Leah Gair who snapped these beautiful shots, the eloquent land acknowledgment from loretta sarah todd, wine from Indigenous World
Thanks to supporters Destination Vancouver & BDC
