I liked the variety of shapes and colors of the leaves in this dried-up puddle. There was just enough moisture to mat them all together, collage-like.

The Dominican monastery is a neo-gothic complex in Zwolle on Assendorperstraat. The construction of the church and monastery, designed by the architect Johannes Kayser, began on 3 May 1900. The first stone was laid on this day by Superior General Ludovicus Theissling. The initiation took place on December 12, 1901.

The Dominican Church is a cross basilica in neo-gothic style. The interior has polished black granite columns.

This is a B&W photo of a puddle of rainwater on a flat surface of concrete. I positioned myself so that the sun is reflected in the puddle.

Storms off and on all day that subsided near sunset left puddles, wet fields and a motley assortment of clouds.
