Hello my amazing Flickr friends !

Today is a yellow day at Color my World Daily and I have some new props !! And guess what: they aren’t lemons, they are super cute (in my opinion) and super yellow and very, very tiny !! So here we go: a new collection is born: tiny yellow ducks are my new friends !!

This whole tiny family comes from a miniature store in China. And apparently they are used as fairy gardens decorations… but I will use them as props since those ducks are very, very photogenic and very adorable.

So, while thinking about my miniature ducks, I have a video meeting starting in few minutes.

Mucho, mucho amor for you all !! Have a beautiful day my friends!! See you later!!

Thank you so much for all your lovely comments / favs/ general support / happy thoughts!! Stay safe and well!! And see you soon on Flickr !

The 29th should be really is 1st. I do know that the prop and I swap spots on my husband's list of priorities.

#29 30 Days of Gratitude

My husband.

Found this seed pod on a flower in the back yard and decided to take a shot of it, sprinkled some powder on a black photo frame sheet and then blew most of it off to get some star’s effect, carefully propped the pod on the sheet and took 6 focus shots of it. Put the 6 shots together in Photoshop’s focus stacking feature, increased powder and pod brightness in Topaz Glow 2 and then enhanced the color in Topaz restyle, plus some minor adjustments in Photoshop for Happy Slider Sunday………. I take my hat off to all the bloggers who post every day. I tried that in February and burnt myself out... I don't know how you do it and keep your pictures so imaginative and fresh. Much love ♥

Smiles for Saturday :- ) Theme: FLUFFY

There are different reasons for having napkins at your table in a restaurant: signaling the start of a meal, keeping clothing clean, wiping your mouth and fingers, and signaling the end. This squirrel found a paper napkin in the garbage bin beside the park restaurant. I would like to say that he used the napkin to wipe his mouth and fingers clean. However, I watched him eat the whole napkin! I am not sure if actually swallowed it all or he is bringing it somewhere to regurgitate and use it to make a nest.

Crazy Tuesday - theme of November 24th, 2020: Hobby

Juggling clubs is one of my hobbies I rather enjoy in summer time when you can go outside without freezing your hands, getting wet or cold (and without danger damaging your flat - indoors you can use soft balls instead) ;))

I also used to juggle with fire - but I haven't tried it for a long time now (the fire clubs / torches are buried somewhere deep down in the cellar)

These juggling clubs have a so called "European decoration": the iridescent coating covers only parts of the club - the middle of the corpus remains white (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Juggling_club)

😄 HaPpY CrAzY Tuesday 😄 , everyone !!

After a sizeable pick up, Wisconsin Northern L2 continues back to Chippewa Falls, passing some nice vintage props, including another CNW era town sign.

This old building served as a bank and a grocery store in its past despite the sign reading "Cushing Hotel, Rooms & Meals, Est. 1924". The building was never a hotel. The sign comes from when a 1981 TV movie was filmed here. Unfortunately the roof and interior walls have collapsed and only the outer shell remains.

As always, your faves and comments are appreciated. Constructive criticism and suggestions are especially welcome as I believe they help to make me a better photographer. Thank you for taking the time to look at my photos.

Best viewed on black, so please press "L" to view large in Lightbox mode and "F" to fave.
