Often the end of the day comes and I haven't managed a photo yet.
But I have a willing subject. And she is cute. And she is growing way, way too fast. And I adore this little person.

Ice
Detail caught in a frozen bowl of ice. (Got this while working on a "frozen" project)
The aperture value is not captured in the exif data because I had used a reversing ring to get up close.
Construction along East and West 5th Street continues on Thursday, March 20, 2025. The intersections at Greene and Cotanche Streets are scheduled to open as early as Friday, March 21.

The City’s Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development (BUILD) Project, funded by a grant administered by the US Department of Transportation (awarded in 2019), officially began in August 2023. The BUILD Project is comprised of four greenway and sidewalk projects, and three streetscape projects, along E & W 5th Street, Dickinson Avenue, Town Creek near Town Common, and around Moyewood and the ECU Health Campus.

Light me up like a firecracker, baby.
One of my best friends came over to hang out today. We had so much fun, which included seeing a deformed duck, her breaking a pot, me stealing grass, and apparently, I just "wasn't high enough." Hah, ilovemyfriends.

Another feast tonight - this time some classic southern cooking from my Mum-In-Law. From left to right: chicken-fried steak, biscuits, fried okra, mashed potatoes, gravy, yellow tomatoes, cantaloupe and upside-down peach pudding.
My blue and green quilt square for Project Improv. I used a persimmon-y orange to offset the muted blues and greens, and stuck with scraps in solids, hand-dyes and batiks. This was the first time I improv-ed anything and I enjoyed it so much.

Elementree Livity Project were joined by Chris Houser of The Werks to help get the main stage kicked off on the second day of the inaugural Resonance Music Festival help at Frontier Ranch in Pataskala, Ohio.
Piglets in Linden
On the way to Tawa Lookout we passed a small menagerie: piglets, sheep, a goat, ducks, hens of various types. On the way back we stopped to say hello and to take some photos.

Nimrodska (installation)
This contraption is comprised of two batches of white papers, and in between them a series of dark photos. The pages can be compressed and uncompressed using two screws.
Yeah- I'm starting with the shoulder seam and it's already needing to be redone! The original seam is right below my thumb.
