Difficult month! I stood on the verge of quitting, but continued anyway, would be a pity, so close to the end...
Since 1-02-2013 I am now 43lb over my ideal target weight. Until today I could have started earlier but I figured I might as well dance with the Devil a few more days. I of course needed to finish the xmas cookies plus all the other goodies but now I'm back. 2013 It's PORTION CONTROL, TREAD MILL, and P90X daily. We usually have been eating sweet potatoes but we have to get rid of the regs. too. Hope everyone has a GREAT 2013 and lots of luck on the 2013 CHALLENGE !!
It's one those sunny winter days. I've come into town to go to the Women's Lifestyle Expo at the TSB Arena with my friend, Cat. Jae, who I was to go with has the lurgy.

I'm off sick with the nastiest cold I've have had for years so there's not a lot to inspire me for my photos at the moment. Looking around for something to snap for my daily shot I settled on the fridge magnets.

My Blog:
Old project I found that I had made in the 6h or 7th grade. I believe from plans from an Popular Electronics article. This was a popular sound chip used in toys & games. Radio Shack carried it back then. Interesting that I actully brought the project off of the breadboard and into a completed enclosure. Luckily I can solder a bit better these days. Does anybody remember the article?

365 Day Photo Project — Day 45, Feb 13th, 2012. I've decided it's OK to take cell phone shots for some of my 365 Project. I've been stressing this project the past few weeks, and it's not meant to make my life harder. It's meant to keep taking pictures. So here's my first official submission from my iPhone for the 365. This is the view down from my office window. There's so much great architecture in this city. I always pictured skyscrapers as single shapes. Not so. As I work around the city, I see so many of these multi-tower buildings, and ofter a mixture of buildings, seemingly combined. It really is fantastic.
