The Gloucester Waterways Museum's tug "Severn Progress" in Gloucester Docks. The tug was built in Bristol in 1931 for The Severn Canal Carrying Company to tow trains of "Severn Trows" , fuel tanker barges and narrowboats on the river above Gloucester. She was origianally called just "Progress" but was renamed in 1934 to "Severn Progress".

Progress on our hurricane safe cat shelter as of March 9, 2008. The roll-up door is now installed. Just a few final touches on trim work outside. Next step is to acquire building supply donations and cash to finish the inside of the cat shelter.
Rebuilding and progress is everywhere in this photograph. The street filled with traffic, the orange fencing and barrels, and the rising dust cloud. The cloud is a result of ground level construction.
The Balkans War in 1999 brought Kosovo out of the grip of Serbian forces led by Slobodan Milosevic's government. Not meant in any way to trivialise this we can say politics and relations between Serbia, Albania, Montenegro,and Kosova were extremely complicated and volatile then and are still so today.
The construction is evidence of the Kosovars intent to move forward.
