I started getting into fitness around April of 2012, then I started training to compete Muay Thai, boxing and mma about 5 months ago. These pictures are the progress I've made. I've def had some slip ups with my diet but every day is a new one and I never give up.
My sweet girl working hard during her weekly physical therapy. She was born with a number of challenges. One being low muscle tone, which makes walking a huge task. I remember when she couldn't even sit up and we wondered if she ever would. She is 4 now and she's one of the strongest people I know and making progress every day. She makes my heart so full of joy with her hilarious personality and big smile, amidst all the challenges. Such an amazing kiddo we have. #blessedbeyondwords

LONG BARN, California (July 5, 2024) Crews continue to make progress on the lighting-caused Sheering Fire burning on the Stanislaus National Forest. The Sheering Fire started on June 24, 2024, at approximately 7:19 pm. It was one of several fires that resulted from an unusual lightning event that moved through the area that day. In addition to the Sheering Fire, two fires were ignited in the Clavey River drainage which is where the 2013 Rim Fire started. Because of their location and the known potential for those fires to become large quickly, they were the top priority for fire resources, including air support. They were fully contained and then additional resources moved to the Sheering Fire which has burned with low to moderate intensity and a slow rate of spread over the past 10 days.

Progress made on my BTRS Swap quilt - the flowers have been appliqued to the top.
Blogged at wonderment.
I forgot to get a long shot of the 2nd upstairs room. This will be an office/den/library area.
When the carpet was removed, we discovered that the hardwood did not go all the way back! Then we found the flooring was all wacked and you couldn't just put the hardwood straight back. Since the room is ENOURMOUS, we decided to platform it and once it's all stained, it will all match.
Keep in mind, we still have sanding and finishing on this floor. This is a work in progress.
