I've been busy piecing little arcs for my little wedding ring/pickledish doll quilt. Lots of little bits in this one!
Spray Pad installation in Hermance Park in Bristol Museum (behind Elkhart County Historical Museum) progress to date as of 8-31-12. Bill Smith of Rec Source Aquatics met with Park Board President Linda Powell, Town Board President Floyd Lynch, and Kinder Contractor Cliff to discuss progress on the new spray pad, which they hope to have up and running in the next few weeks in time to catch a few mild days yet this season.
Today, a milestone: this is the first time he's really chewed on and swallowed a significant amount of solid food. Granted, the calories in that amount of apple can probably be counted on one hand, but hey, it's a start!
Birds! I was feeling brave enough to cut out some of my favorite fabric. 2 for LittleFee, 2 for Lati Yellow.
Taken in Copper Mines Valley (Coniston Old Man) in part of this set , an attempt at a 'different' take on the Lake District.... but only processed recently due to general lazyness, trying to learn more about photoshop (apply image tool mainly used here). So is mainly just a practice piece, pretty pleased with the outcome, let us know what yeh think =D

My favorite painting on the entire ship. Meant to invoke the the late 19th/early 20th century, this painting shows the agents of progress: the automobile, the train, and the liner. The sun is rising on a new era, it's rays shining on the city of tomorrow.

Slow progress, but nevertheless progress. Thing will get better as the garage warms up. Next stage is a set of wheels so I can move it out of the garage and do some work on the engine.

Still only about 1/2 way there - and a lot of clean-up to do now - but overall I'm rather pleased with the progress.
