I created my vehicles over the summer, and am just getting around to posting some screen shots. The River Liza is one of England's most natural rivers. Its natural meandering creates gravels beds, islands and large piles of woody debris. In this photo you can see the river flowing down the left side of its course. Only a couple of years ago it was flowing down the right side up against the island of trees. The open space in the right hand side is Gillerthwaite Mire which is being restored with the help of Cumbria Wildlife Trust.

Jesse has been experimenting with adding subdivision to the radiolaria style.

Tricolor (3 negatives) gum print. Four layers, because the first layer (ultramarine) was too weak. Followed by phthalo blue-red shade, quinacridone rose, and naples yellow. Still having some registration problems....

This image illustrates the fact that within the media, people and places go though a drastic change, and that perfection in the media is a manufactured, made. Like the Media industry the food industry sets high standards, not every peace of fruit makes it. Our shelves are full of fruit that have been measured, weighed and categorized, only peaces of fruit which meat there high standers make it. Food that doesn't make it go thought a process where there taste, color and smells are manufactured.

This image tries to show how this orange is not 'perfect' doesn't meet the 'norm' and therefor has to go though a process of change to be excepted. Which I can be related to life and society.
