GDS hosted the first ever International Design in Government Conference to bring the community together in one place for two days full of talks, workshops, breakout sessions and a panel discussion.
Sprint18 was an opportunity to celebrate all the great work everyone across digital government had done so far. And to look at what we'll be doing next.

packaging...
and the little post-it note dispenser...new, stinking cute, mint and Polaroid camera looking...Staples problem too...just happen to get in the picture....

More Post It Note Origami. These were done with non-sticky notes. If I need to use the normally notes I rub the adhesive off first or it's a nightmare to fold!

In April 2019, we ran an all-new 2-day ‘Service Design in Practice’ training in Shoreham-by-Sea with Adur & Worthing Council. It included hands-on exercises, case studies, and discussions and was attended by participants from local and central government from all across the UK.
The content designer community gathered for ConCon8. It was a chance for Content Designers across government to come together and share good practice, challenges, and find new ways to collaborate.
