He damn near ate the entire grave decoration!!

 

I made this after seeing this. I didn't have any steak handy, but I did have some pork chops. The onions were great.

The top of his hood looks like he's in the KKK. :P

Katherine grilled this and made the salsa. It was so delicious. And she grilled in the dark. Very impressive.

One of my favorites is pork chops. Michael coats them in flour, then egg, then crackers & bread crumbs combined. He browns them in a pan in a little oil. Then he bakes them in the oven (for small boneless chops) for 40-45 minutes at 275°F (For larger chops with bones 1 to 1-1/4 hrs same temp) Seasoned with salt, pepper and soy sauce.

 

The rice had lemon pepper seasoning which complimented the lemon tea.
