Flavors reminiscent of your traditional corner BBQ stand make these pork chops sing! Smokey, tangy, rich sauce smothers our boneless pork chops served in hamburger buns with a topping of shredded cabbage, carrots and onion.

My little boy and I had BBQ together today. He was cooking and I did the dishes!

This is pork chop already expertly cooked by T. It is juicy and "just cooked" not overcooked.

But now it is stone-cold and if I were to reheat it any other way (such as microwave), it would make it overcooked.

This way, you keep the chops juicy, and the outside charred AND warmed up just enough!

Tried grilling some pork chops on the BGE. These cooked up faster than I had expected, but the Egg is very forgiving. Nice and moist meat, and the marinade worked very, very well.

Have you ever seen a thicker more beautiful cut of pork? I know this is the nicest chop I have seen.
