The whole plant actually has five seed pods. One single on the other side of the pot and these four on the same peduncle. I've never seen a twin pod before. Looks kind of cool =))

Seminario sobre Modernización en la Impartición de Justicia en Puebla

Los tiempos actuales reclaman efectividad, rapidez, objetividad, transparencia, optimización de recursos, dignificación de procesos y procedimientos y una organización claramente sistematizada e interconectada, para garantizar resultados positivos en tiempos más cortos que se reflejen en la eficiencia y calidad de la administración de justicia.
Así lo destacó la Maestra y Jueza de Ejecución de Sentencias del Tribunal Superior de Justicia, Rosalva Elena Zárate Herrera, durante el Seminario Modernización en la Impartición de Justicia en Puebla, que en forma conjunta organizaron los Poderes Judiciales de la Federación y del Estado, con sede en la Casa de la Cultura Jurídica “Ernesto Solís López” que dirige el Licenciado José Angel Treviño Rodríguez.
En este preámbulo, ante numerosos asistentes al Seminario que tuvo duración de dos días, Zárate Herrera se refirió a la necesidad de modernizar los procedimientos en la impartición de justicia en Puebla.
Mencionó que es una tarea compleja que ha requerido crear nuevos ordenamientos legales y modificar los existentes, así como de incorporar la tecnología en la ejecución de los procedimientos judiciales, administrativos y operativos, de reorganizar institucionalmente al Poder Judicial, al crear nuevas figuras judiciales y organismos jurídico administrativos.
Hizo referencia a la preparación y capacitación de los nuevos operadores del Sistema de Justicia Penal Acusatorio, y de quienes emplearán la tecnología de la información. Señaló al respecto que todo ello se logró a través de la educación basada en competencias.
En dicho Seminario se trataron temas relacionados con la modernización en la forma de impartir justicia que lleva adelante el Poder Judicial del Estado, así como los relacionados con la Armonización Legislativa, Reorganización Institucional del Poder Judicial del Estado, Acciones de Modernización: avances en la implementación del nuevo sistema de justicia penal, así como Tribunal Virtual.
Los temas fueron tratados ampliamente por la Jueza Rosalva Elena Zárate Herrera; Jueza Blanca Laura Ollivier Palacios; Maestra Volga Pilar de Pina Ravest; Jueza María de Lourdes López Herrera; y Jueza María Alicia Ortiz Márquez.
Los Licenciados en Informática: Antonio García Hernández, Arturo Furlong Rodríguez y Juan Manuel Páez Morales, expusieron todo lo relacionado a la Modernización e Innovación Tecnológica, e hicieron amplio análisis sobre proyectos tecnológicos en marcha en el Poder Judicial del Estado.
Al concluir el seminario se entregaron reconocimientos a los participantes.
El Maestro José Rafael Velasco Oliver, a nombre del Presidente Magistrado del Tribunal Superior de Justicia, David López Muñoz, agradeció a la Casa de la Cultura Jurídica de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación, por la realización de este Seminario que como se indicó, organizaron en forma conjunta los Poderes Judiciales de la Federación y del Estado.

Pretty clunky. I liked the various textures on the little seeds, but the matte finish did not complement the higher sheen finish elsewhere on the pin.
