City of Oxford (trading as the Oxford Bus Company) now operates fleet of Mercedes-Benz Sprinter minibuses operating "demand responsive" services without fixed routes which are booked by passengers using a mobile phone app. This example was new in June 2018 and was photographed with a background of spring blossom on St Aldate's on 26 March 2019..

WARNING - picture can even cause swelling to some body areas. Smell alone can cause heart palpatations and as for eating......... There is NOTHING remotely healthy about it!
Soft fudgy mousse like brownie with chocolate layer (caused by too heavy chocolate buttons sinking while cooking...sad but true lol) I made this for a friend of mine who needed a pick me up due to the fact that she has been told she may loose her job. Coffee and chocolate, it honestly helps!!!!!

A macro shot of the iced coffee I made myself. It's been a rough week, to say the least.
I love the bubbles in the ice cubes here.
After a tough night with bad sleep and dreams, Yotsuba & I really needed a cup of coffee with some toast.
We didn't have enough milk left to make pancakes though :(
my boss likes to eat these. he can scarf down two packages in as many minutes.
personally, i think they are vile, but i'm always fascinated by the colors and textures. (me, when i need a mid-afternoon pickmeup, i am all about the peppermint patties. when i bite into a peppermint pattie, i get the cool sensation that i get to go home in an hour and a half.)

Taken in Habana Vieja patrons grab an early morning coffee fix in this colorul cafe. I prefer to shoot street scenes in B&W but this one deserved color. I have a new blog post up on street photography. You can see it at www.lenstoweb.com. hope you check it out. Cheers.
"Pick Me Up" at Somerset House is the UK's original & best graphic arts festival. Held over 11 days you can view & buy art from some of the world's top designers & design houses plus also attend workshops & creative forums etc.
Working with Studio Emmi, About Signs produced a vast array of graphics including supergraphics, wayfinding & title blocks in a mixture of digitally printed/cut vinyl & standard vinyl graphics. The graphics were applied to a mixture surfaces in the building from specially built walls & structures, glass, brick, stairs & even floors to give visitors the best wayfinding experience whilst enjoying the show.
Busy day. I was trying to get through a to-do list of things I'd procrastinated on for a while. I actually got quite a way through the list! Plus I had a lot of cooking and baking to do and several of my children's friends were over.
I had to force myself to take a break in the afternoon.
So, to treat myself, I made myself this matcha green tea smoothie with some matcha tea I bought at Verdigris, some local milk, and some local honey (no photo YET). I'd never made one of these smoothies before, but I'd tasted them at the teashop and was inspired. And how can you not like a sweet green drink?
And then I took a photo of it. I've realized that when I get in the zone, taking photographs relaxes me as much as a cup of tea.
It was really good, by the way. It was tasty, and it gave me energy to get through my day, but I crashed hard at night. I usually have trouble getting off the computer and getting to bed, but I fell asleep at my computer -- not easy -- by 10:30. I think this is good for me.
