Always loved coffee with a cappuccino always being my first choice (double shot) (Yes !! I know its not exactly a big bricklayers drink) but lately I've succumb to espresso's, sod the caffeine intake just chill out ;-))))
Its a daily need, the caffeine, whether it is a shot of espresso, latte, cappuccino, frappuccino, or a simple cup of joe, it is my need and its simply irresistible daily for me.

I have been feeling a little run down lately and have taken this tonic, I believe it has helped me to regain my vitality, and I would recommend it especially if you are run down after flu or colds.

I bumped into Steffie on the streetcar on the way to the show so she came along with me. However, she was in need of a little pick-me-up, so we hit Timmy Ho's before heading over to the show.
I was shooting the launch of Pick Me Up at Somerset House last night. If you are into graphic arts, printmaking, letter press etc you gonna love it. It’s on till the 5th of May find out more here.

This shot is dedicated to a few of my friends who could use some sunshine and color in their lives this morning (they'll know who they are).
Took this back in August, just outside Charleston, SC ... on our summer vacation.
Some of you may remember that I posted a vertical version awhile back.
A macro from a beautiful bouquet a close friend sent me after mum died. There's a story with that in she ordered the bouquet from the same florist who was doing the flowers for the casket. The florist then chose the same pastel colours for the bouquet. It was so lovely.
Anyway I was just posting something new on the Venice blog and got all sad. I mentioned mum. Well my 21 year old self did. (I was quoting from a journal from my very first trip to Venice as a backpacker!)
So I needed to load something for me. Something beautiful to pick me up. Something beautiful just like mum was...

The most recent addition to the East Yorkshire fleet is 975, a 2018 Mercedes Sprinter. Are we short in terms of JustGo vehicles, though? It seems a bit out of the blue and just really a bit pointless...
Seen in the Anlaby Road depot is 975, a 2018 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter new for the "PICKMEUP" service in Oxford.
