The souls of people, on their way to Earth-life, pass through a room full of lights; each takes a taper - often only a spark - to guide it in the dim country of this world. But some souls, by rare fortune, are detained longer - have time to grasp a handful of tapers, which they weave into a torch. These are the torch-bearers of humanity - its poets, seers and saints, who lead and lift the race out of darkness, toward the light. They are the law-givers and saviours, the light-bringers, way-showers and truth-tellers, and without them, humanity would lose its way in the dark.

Day time trek to Ogmore with Molly rain / cloud was weathermans story i got lucky , will return here when the tide is right and will either be a sunrise or sunset .
This was'nt the beach i was planning the tide had not dropped enough and there was a group of approx 12 people waiting to climb down into the small gorge with their teacher so i chose another part of this addictive coastline
So the light was very overcast - no vivid colours today .

Excerpt from muza-chan.net/japan/index.php/blog/japanese-spiritual-arc...:
Rinten Kyozo, Rotating Scripture Repository
Ever wondered how the important documents are stored in a Japanese Buddhist temple? There is often a dedicated building, with interior shelves, where the important sutras and the historical documents are stored. However, in some temples, the sutras are stored in a special construction, a revolving, circular repository called rinzō ("wheel repository"). Invented by the Great Teacher Fu (FuDaishi), a Chinese Buddhist monk who lived in the 6th century, rinzō is an ingenious device, an octagonal prism with a central pillar, which can be rotated easily, allowing fast access to the desired documents.
There are not many places in Japan where you can see a rinzō, because they are quite rare and from the few temples having them, fewer are allowing public access.
But you can admire a spectacular rinzō at the Narita-san Shinshō-ji Temple in Narita, in the Issaikyo-do hall, a building located right near the three-storied pagoda. Beautifully colored, one of its interesting decorations is the base, where 8 demons are sustaining the whole structure.
The rinzō from Narita-san is filled with over 2000 volumes of Buddhist scriptures and, like with the Tibetan prayer wheels, there is a custom to rotate the rinzō while saying a prayer. The tradition says that spinning it has the same effect as reciting all the prayers… but the rinzō from Naritasan is an important cultural property and, of course, you are not allowed to do that.

It is named after Cepheus, King of Aethiopia in Greek mythology. It was one of the 48 constellations listed by the 2nd century astronomer Ptolemy, and remains one of the 88 modern constellations. Its brightest star is Alpha Cephei with an apparent magnitude of 3.5. Delta Cephei is the prototype of an important class of star known as a Cepheid variable. RW Cephei, an orange hypergiant, together with the red supergiants Mu Cephei, VV Cephei and V354 Cephei are among the largest stars known. In addition, Cepheus also has the hyperluminous quasar S5 0014+81, hosting an ultramassive black hole in its core at 40 billion solar masses, about 10,000 times more massive than the central black hole of the Milky Way, making it the most massive black hole known in the universe.
