Welcome to Phase I of the new Grappone Toyota. Phase II is underway and will be complete in Spring 2012. We appreciate your patience as we make many improvements to our family of dealerships.

The design includes the following green principles :
1) Dedicated areas on property for alternative transportation
2) A state-of-the-art heating and cooling system designed to reduce energy usage and improve/enhance air quality
3) Water efficient plumbing fixtures to reduce potable water usage
4) Light fixture controls and an increased amount of natural light with energy efficient glazing
5) Recycled and regionally obtained materials, and the commitment to wood products obtained only through responsibly harvested forests

The Phase 3 of the High Line Park had its opening ceremonies on 09.20.14 and will be open to the public starting the following day. As a volunteer photographer at the park, we had some opportunities to go and take pictures of the area before it opened to the public, but we can share the photos only after the opening.
Our last visit to the Phase 3 of the park was about a week ago. With the exception of some areas still being worked on, the park is ready for its opening.
