Happy Macro Monday!
After an amazing show of pink, the cherry blossoms have faded to white and are blowing away in the wind. On to the Azaleas, Peonies and Roses!
Started with Deep Dream Generator, added my texture and finished with Pastello and Impresso Pro.

There are two "random" patterns in this red persian travertine: a more linear one (upper left) and a more chaotic one (lower right).
I hope that this pic will fit the MM rules.
Have a great MM, dear Flickr friends! ;-)

Coronavirus measures are still very restrictive here in Italy.
But from today the government has given the green light to physical activities beyond 200 meters from home.
I took it literally.
201 meters... ;p

Xinjiang, Cina 2015
I made this trip and I'm happy.
Every wildlife photographer, if you have the opportunity to travel should visit this location.
I have only visited the north part of Xinjiang and anyway we have traveled 3500 km.
It was not an easy trip, the temperature rose from 15-20 ° C in the capital and drops to -12 ° C on the borders with Russia and Mangolia.
Sorry for my bad English.
Thank you
Massetti Fabrizio
Xinjiang,Cina 2015.
Grazie
Fabrizio Massetti

The original clock dates to around 1690. The green dragon's tongue gives the status of the tide and would be visible to mariners at the harbour. The letters spell 'LYNN HIGH TIDE'. 'L' is the actual high tide mark. The blue disc rotates to reveal the moon's phase.
The original clock was damaged when the minster spire collapsed during a 1741 storm. This one is said to be a faithful 20C copy but is in sore need of restoration.

Far Behind
Song by Candlebox
Lyrics
Now maybe
I didn't mean to treat you bad
But I did it anyway
And then maybe
Some would say your life was sad
But you lived it anyway
And so maybe
Your friends, they stand around, they watch you crumble
As you falter to the ground
And then someday
Your friends, they stand beside as you were flyin'
Oh, you were flyin' oh-so high
But then someday, people look at you
For what they call their own, they watch you suffer
Yeah, they hear you calling home
And then someday, we could take our time
To brush the leaves aside so you can reach us
Hey, but you left me far behind
Now may-ay-ay-ay-be
I didn't mean to treat you oh-so bad
But I did it anyway
Now I'm saying, but may-ay-ay-ay-be
Some would say you're left with what you had
But you couldn't share the pain, no, no, no
Couldn't share the pain, they watch you suffer
Mm
Now maybe
I could have made my own mistakes
But I live with what I've known
And then maybe
We might share in something great
Won't you look at where we've grown
Won't you look at where we've gone
And then someday comes, tomorrow holds
A sense of what I fear for you in my mind
As you trip the final line
And that cold day when you lost control
Shame you left my life so soon, you shoulda told me
Hey, but you left me far behind
Now may-ay-ay-ay-be
I didn't mean to treat you oh-so bad
Oh, but I did it anyway
Now may-ay-ay-ay-be
Some would say you're left with what you had
Oh, but you couldn't share the pain, no, no, no, no
Oh no
Oh no, no, no-no, no
Oh, Lord, say
Oh, Lord
See, I know
See, I know
But may-ay-ay-ay-be
I said may-ay-ay-ay-be
Didn't mean to treat you oh-so bad
Oh, but I did it anyway, no
So m-maybe, now, oh Lord, baby
Some would say you're left with what you had
But you couldn't share the pain
Now I've said, now, times have changed, your friends they come
And watch you crumble to the ground
They watch you suffer
Yeah, they hold you down, hold on down
Said maybe love, oh, maybe love
Didn't mean to treat you bad
But you left me far behind
Left me far behind
Left me far behind
Shot in jpg the colours were all hyper inflated. Tried a few different ways to get the colour balance back to where it should be - obviously still needs some more work/somebody that knows what they’re doing. Still, it’s a stunning common tree snake (dendrelaphis punctulata, blue phase) and no bad photography or editing on my part can take that away.
