This rocky island is near the distance shore on my previous post. It's 500 feet long but small enough that it's not easy to see at that distance. Phantom Ship is the oldest rock within the caldera and is so steep that just a few feet away from the island the water is over 1,000 feet deep. Named for its ghosts hip-like appearance on foggy days.
Phantom Ship is a small island in Crater Lake in the U.S. state of Oregon. It is a natural rock formation pillar which derives its name from its resemblance to a ghost ship, especially in foggy and low-light conditions.
I visited St Peter Port in Guernsey recently. This is a picture of my friends Phantom 4 drone he was flying about.

Wish you were here came to my mind seeing this image . or was it imaginary boyfriend, well it was a cute girl probably just looking at the timetable at the train station i left.

Not our normal winter of snowys,,very quiet here. I do miss them but the odd sighting of the Great Grays have made it wonderful. Never in one place, lots of hunting and worth every mile :).

Interurban motorwagen 26 van de Shebogan Light Power and Railway Co rijdt langs Phantom lake op weg naar East Troy. Een donkere bui hult het meer reeds in het duister maar de frisse kleuren van de motorwagen lichten nog op in de laatste gedempte zonnestralen. Het trolley-touw hangt in een boog achter de motorwagen.
De houten interurban is in 1908 door de Cincinnati Car Co. gebouwd. Toen de interlokale tramlijn van Sheboygan naar Elkhart Lake in 1938 werd opgeheven kreeg de wagenbak van de motorwagen een nieuwe bestemming als zomerhuisje. In 1988 werd de bak door de museumlijn in East Troy verworven en na een jarenlange restauratie kwam het fraaie voertuig in 2005 weer op de baan.
Amerikaanse "Interurbans" zijn bijeengebracht in het "gelijknamige album".

This is an island in Crater Lake. Its name results from its ship-like appearance. The colors are influenced by significant wildfire smoke. Normally the lake is a deep blue.
The most intact remaining building from Fort Phantom Hill in West Central Texas. This was a U.S. Army outpost 1851-1854 and then abandoned. Portions of structures remain today.
