The light was wonderful, I had just finished creating my other images with the Spring flowers and these colourful pegs. I then decided to stack the pegs in a fun way and hang them on the line, the Sun was just setting through my big old oak trees, no rhyme or reason to this image just simple fun and creativity with amazing light from the Sunset and soft warm bokeh, have a great Monday ~ KissThePixel2019

Happened to have the lens on the camera, grabbed three miniature pegs, put them on the table-top, quick photograph, and this the result - took longer to write up than to take!

I wish I had put something in here to show scale. These are the tiny pegs you get in a stationery shop, about 2cm long.

Waiting for the sunshine.

It's been so long since I played cribbage! I used to love it - now I can't even remember the rules!!

This crop of the cribbage board fills the entire 3" size max!

Nao tem coisa mais linda do que ver criancas se divertindo no meio de uma lagoa grande. Esta crianca depois que viu eu fazendo a foto tentou varias vezes pegar muitas ondas para ser fotografado. Modelo nota dez. Ja mandei opara ele as fotos e ele disse. I'm the best. Dizendo para ele mesmo que ele era ferinha. Diversao muito boa.

Por hoje eh so.

Ate amanha.

The last one for today.

The kid on the picture saw that he was getting photografed and decied to help me out. I took several pictures of him. And send him all. He told me that he was the best. I found it to be very clever.

Happy tuesday to you all

Thanks to everyone who took the time to view, comment, and fave my photo. It’s really appreciated. 😊

We've had a lot of rain lately. Our pegs were sodden, so I hung them all on the line to dry.

Not the remnants of a shipwreck as one might like to imagine but those of 17th century sea defences. There are examples of these all along the Thames Estuary. Oak timbers supported a mound of chalk and ragstone upon which an earth wall faced with stone was built. It took until the mid 20th century and a major disaster before they realised these structures probably weren't up to the job any longer. "They" being our public servants of the time.
