Decision time: laying out the completed squares of the pineapple patchwork quilt to see which way works best? This way is in the classic flying geese pattern, with all the white triangles going in the same direction.

Korak is an ancient patchwork technique from Central Asia. This is my first attempt at making a piece of Korak. You can’t actually call them quilts, because they have no batting.

I wasnt fond of the fake fur of the original pattern in the book, but I am doing some patchwork practice and this was a good way to kill two birds with one stone.
I dont know if I'll get to wear it much as it will be almost 80 here in VA today. Maybe next week.
