I'm knocking some projects off my to do list (which will include two bee blocks I am behind on!) while I have a few days off work. This is another project by Ayumi out of the Summer 2011 Stitch mag. I love the colors she used for her mat, so I pretty much copied it exactly. I think Fozzy will like it!

A mix from One Block Over bee and ones I've sewn. Time to add some lighter X parts and darker backgrounds, I think.

Another sneaky peek of a WIP that might end up in the DQS10

Sorry about the light and the lack of an iron before I took this snap. It's still a WIP but how do you feel about mini crazy patchwork partner?

Of course with everything I'm working on I may go back to the drawing board and start all over again...

Last summer, I needed to have some time alone. I needed to drive through the mountains to find myself back. Thus, I decided to drive to the maximum passes above 2000 meters (6000 feets) and shoot what remains the most relaxing place(s) to me: Mountains, Alps...

- Col de l'Izoard

- Hautes Alpes (05)

- 2350 meters.

Hello Partner! Here it is! Ohhh, I do hope you like it! It's turned into a small project size pouch. {11x11, just under the limit ;) whew!} ps.. the stitching is straight..crinkle in the linen. It'll be ironed out for you :)

I made this with the Inset Zip Clutch/Pouch pattern from Keyka Lou!

It's too hot to iron today, even at 6:00 a.m., so here's block 8, finger pressed only.

Here is my completed Lone Starburst pillow for the Pillow Talk Swap. It's off in the post on Tuesday!

partner, what do you think? I love the way these blocks look together, so if it's not your thing please let me know . I could definitely come up with something else for you and keep this for myself.

The most darling tea wallet I received along with my pouch!

My first quilt affected by my year-long fabric fast. I ran out of the middle grey! Now I think it would have sat pretty flat if I'd had enough.

In the Terceira Island of Azores, the green fields seem like a patchwork quilt!

Mini quilts=instant gratification.

...brought to you by Campbell's. The color combo is a little different, but I like it. {Love the Warhol cans!}

uma delícia trabalhar com feltro....

Partner this ended up being a large pouch (I know I can't seem to make small ones) it is 12" x 8" which means if you have an ipad you can always use it for that. I reinforced it with Decor bond so it is not flimsy.
