I hated my old tiara packaging, but could never find anything suitable of the right sixe and stability before. Then I found these! Plain old brown boxes.

Well, actually a bit of a self contrast stripe and all recycled, with recycled tissue paper and paper for the labels. Ribbon not recycled - but oh so recyclable by itself :-)

I really like this packaging now and I think it adds the finishing touch to the tiaras.

Our expert thought felt this packaging to be ‘ridiculous’, saying that the outer wrapper was doing all the work in providing a seal and barrier but that there was a lot of other packaging and noting that both packs we bought contained damaged biscuits despite the several layers of packaging.

Border’s told us that this new packaging was 20% lighter than the conventional packaging and that the lid had a dual purpose of protecting biscuits through the supply chain and extending the life of the product. It said it used the minimum of packaging needed to give a reasonable degree of protection.

So @dollsahoy ‘s package for my birthday got here like 5 months after my actual birthday but I’m really excited cuz I’m a big glutton for doll clothes. I have zero passion for making them so it’s always fantastic having new stuff from Andrea haha.

Surprisingly there was also stuff from @ragamuffinsquad that Andrea included. That includes this Skipper Outfit (that I’m itching to debox for a Momoko), a few collector heads, Mother Gothel, Fashionista Ken and a whole bunch of factory clothes.

Andrea sewed up so many nice things and I already dressed a few dolls but there’s a bunch leftover.

Also she included The Asian Bowl but in miniature, a Maccas Witch and vintage Barbie toys, the AA Hiker doll and Eegee Andy.

Ahhhhhhhhhh im so sleep deprived but excited.

Catalog 1 3/4 size envelopes and tiny envelope (with contents inside!) made from a page of a computer manual. Complete stationary package coming soon.
