I really dig the packaging Polaroid was using on this line of products. I picked it up on ebay the other day. I'm guessing the processing goo is no good, but I'm gonna give it a shot. Anybody see film for these still floating around?

The Smile on Saturday group’s theme for today 4/16 is “funny packaging”. These are two that came up when I did a search for packaging pictures I had taken — since they were already on Flickr, they weren’t really eligible but they’re fun!…… yes, these are little bottles of nail polish probably for putting into an Easter basket and are Flickr colors!!

I'm thinking of going to Ireland for Christmas. My sister and her family live there and some friends. I love the people and the counter . It's so sad to see Ireland being screwed in my opinion by bankers . All the common banking practices got put on the side by greed . Willingness of lending stupid amount of money to everyone. Everyone was told that real estate is the best investment . Buy 200k home and sell next year for 300K or even better 400K and sell for 600K … no way you could loose. Bankers made commissions and bonuses . People borrowed way too much , spend way too much ... but they did stimulate economy.
Now is the time to pay the piper . I said long time ago “We traded our souls in the dollar store”

My contribution for this weeks theme is the last remains from Christmas. Finally the huge choclatebox is empty!
This year I was assigned to host our doll club meeting for September. I prepared these handmade gifts to give away to the other 7 members of the club. I had to make them when my baby took her nap during the day or late at night when she’s in bed. For a whole month, I scanned, took pics, photoshopped, prototyped, printed and assembled these paper miniatures. I only made the ones you see in the pictures, and had our club members make the doll boxes as a craft project for the meeting. All effort was worth it seeing how ecstatic our club members were upon seeing their gifts.
I got the idea from Rogier Corbeau’s work during the Barbie Convention. He created this really awesome store diorama for the silent auction which sold for $3,400! Thanks to Jim Taylor too for posting his work on facebook for me to oogle at.
The shelves were made by etsy seller Mihail.
*I do not have plans of selling these as I don't want to get in trouble with mattel, but once I find the time, I am considering uploading some of the graphics so you can make them yourselves.
I received a package from my friend Ashley today! I decided to share what she wrote on the box, some words, names, expressions that mean something to each of us.
I can't believe I've known her for more than a year already and that I met her randomly on the internet. And she's coming over in June/July! Can't wait!
My package from JPGroove arrived today, I was expecting Isul Motonori Mouri but I had not expecting that he would have such wonderful company! They had mentioned the possibility of sending a doll for me to review along with the Isul but I wasn't expected such wonderful companions <3
I have 10 days to finish everything up..... O.O

This was a 2022 W Club Exclusive, she arrived in 2023, she was released from the confines of her packaging in 2026. Once again, I'm asking myself, what took you so long. She is one special Poppy, love her screening.
This is part of a very special care package that was sent to me by a sweet, sweet Flickr contact. She knows what I have been struggling with and took the time to send me some special things to brighten my day. I really appreciate it and my Thanks sounds so shallow to me. And in the midst of this Flickr contact's own trials and a time of recovery, she managed to send this to me. That means so much.
Today is an especially rough day. A person that is very disruptive in my life and makes me have a sick-feeling stomach and nervous/anxiousness all day is around me again. I can feel my whole demeanor change. I cannot stand it.
So I had to look at the photo of my special gifts to remind me of the good people in my life that are good for my soul. Because there are some that are not. And when I really can't do anything about it, it is very disheartening.
I am in the process of rolling out all of my new logo stuff with my packaging. I won't officially roll it out to clients until after the New Year, but I thought I would do a test run with a gift certificate I am giving to Connor's teacher for Christmas.

M&M's in logo colors (each client gets a bag of these, with print orders there is a "Thank You" card attached. - local Wegman's.
Business Cards were printed at Miller's with rounded corners and UV coating. I need to make that brown on the card the same dark brown as the rest of my packaging...I don't like them this way at all.
The gift certificate goes in the envelope and that goes in the box. The box goes in the bag. :) Lots of unwrapping that way!
This Package includes all 5 shape eyebrows (no modify) 8 Modifiable shapes (see shapes below), that all work with the Catwa Catya Bento Head and the full style card.
