Linda Du, an assistant clinical professor at the University of Missouri–St. Louis College of Optometry, administered an eye-opening exam in the vision therapy room at the Patient Care Center on South Campus. The room was made possible through a generous gift from the Marco Family Foundation and Marco Ophthalmic, Inc. The slow-moving Marsden ball helps patients improve their eye tracking skills by pointing to letters on the ball.

This is a close-up microscope photograph showing an eye (you can see the brown of the iris, the round pupil above, and the light beam on the left hitting the cornea). The precipitates can be seen in the beam of the light as specks of debris. You can also see them backlit from behind by the brown iris.
My eye doctor recently retired but he was nice enough to allow me to photograph his optometry equipment. His gear is too old for today's "modern" offices so all will be donated to developing countries.
